Leading People - The Basics

Workshop 1 includes time to explore your Insights Discovery profile (included in the cost of the workshop) and discuss ways that you can apply this to create and enhance positive and productive work relationships. Workshop 1 will cover:

• 8 Insights personality types
• Perception and perspectives
• Influences on attitude and decision making
• Recognising colour energies in others
• Communication strategies
• Self-coaching using GROW and WAVE models

Leading People - Team Development

Workshop 2 builds on the work from workshop 1 and will delve deeper into the colour energies and how they present in other people. Exploring the strengths of each of the eight types, we will unpack ways in which you can maximise effective communication within your team and ensure that you are getting the most out of yourself and those you work with. Workshop 2 will cover:

• Strengths of the 8 types
• Team strengths and dynamics
• Adapting and connecting with the 8 types
• Effective team communication
• Self-coaching using GROW and WAVE models

NOTE: You must have completed workshop 1 or had a 1:1 Insights Profile feedback session to attend this workshop

INSIGHTS Discovering Team Effectiveness

INSIGHTS Discovering Team effectiveness is a specific program that helps teams address team challenges on two fronts:

1. how teams like to work together and 

2. How well they work together.

The workshop covers how teams communicate, how they prioritise, what motivates them and what the blockers to performance exist.

The goal of Discovering Team Effectiveness is to "cultivate positive, healthy and effective teams, promoting increased productivity, employee engagement and wellbeing"
